Quick Start Enrollment Services Magic-Wrighter's QuickStart Enrollment (ENR) service provides your financial institution with the convenience of notifying the government electronically that a recipient of the following government payments would like their payment automatically deposited into their personal account located at your financial institution. Your financial institution can enroll account holders in minutes for: Social Security
Veterans Compensation and Pension The QuickStart service captures required government information and converts it into electronic data ready for transmission to the government. When your financial institution uses Magic-Wrighter's QuickStart Enrollment service you can rest assured that your account holder will have their government payment deposited into their account at your institution on time the first time. The QuickStart service is internet based and can be accessed by any branch, customer service center and other workstations that have internet access. Your staff can learn the QuickStart in less than fifteen (15) minutes. Your staff answers a few simple questions to complete the required government information. The QuickStart service has an automatic email confirmation feature. The email confirmation will assure your staff that the QuickStart service center received their transmitted government information and was able to successfully process and forward the enrollment data to the appropriate governmental agency. Should the government not be able to process the QuickStart Enrollment application it will return the application, and the reason why it could not accept it, electronically back to the QuickStart data center. As soon as the QuickStart data center receives the declined enrollment immediately it sends an email to your employee who originally generated the application informing them of the reason of the rejection and the steps the employee should take to correct the rejected application. Should the government return the enrollment form it will do so in approximately 3 business days. By using the QuickStart service your financial institution can be proactive in addressing rejected applications from the government and resubmitting the correct information prior to the first deposit your account holder is expecting to be made into their account.
