All transactions received are verified by sending your business customer an immediate fax confirmation within 2 minutes after each transmission. Each transaction will also contain a confirmation number for auditing purposes.

Risk Management - Your financial institution can establish an individual maximum dollar amount limit, per day, that can be processed by your business customer. This limit, as well as other accounting data, can be accessed at any time by your financial institution, for maintenance or adjustment needs. Daily online reports will help to keep your financial institution knowledgeable and in control of pending transactions prior to processing. For tax payments or borderline credit customers, the tax payment risk controls can automatically monitor and delay payments from an escrow account to be sure the funds are available for payment.

Hot Site Backups - Our Hot Site Disaster Recovery feature provides your financial institution with immediate backup in the unfortunate event that your institution's in-house ACH Origination system or Fedline terminal becomes out of service.
