Magic-Wrighter's Healthcare Payment services allow your business customers within the professional healthcare industry to receive payments from their patients via e~Checks and other Electronic Payment services.

Patients sign a one time authorization form that gives permission to the Healthcare facility to collect payment for their services electronically from the patient's checking or savings account. Upon completion of an office visit, the healthcare facility can immediately submit an On Demand e~Check payment for services rendered. These e~Checks are processed and scheduled for the next business day's posting to their corporate account.

Magic-Wrighter's Healthcare Payment service provides a daily payment transaction file that can be retrieved and posted to the Healthcare facility's accounts receivable system. They will be able to forecast cash flow by reviewing the daily Pending Payment Report.

A declining balance feature allows monthly or weekly payments to be automatically debited from a patient's account until the balance is paid in full.

Collections for past due accounts will be greatly reduced and necessary collection processes will be enhanced by using automated debiting.

Magic-Wrighter's Healthcare Payment service automatically includes online return payment reports to the Healthcare facilities. NSF payments can be automatically rescheduled for a second posting attempt.

Additional features allow patients to make Healthcare payments via the Internet or by touch-tone phone. They are able to review balances and establish quicker payment frequencies.
