Electronic Donations

Magic-Wrighter's Electronic Donation program helps churches and other charitable organizations increase their annual donations.

Studies have discovered the average church member misses 4-5 services each year and less than 15% of these members donate in their absence. When members use the Electronic Donation service the percentage of donations are higher and in some studies churches have improved their donations, from members, as much as $75.00 per year.

The Magic-Wrighter Electronic Donation program allows church members to make donations 24 hours a day 7 days a week at home, work or out of state.

Many members travel during the year. The Electronic Donation program allows the member to establish an automatic withdrawal for a pre-authorized donation amount from their personal account to be repeated on a frequency of their choosing (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.).

Magic-Wrighter's Electronic Donation program allows the elderly, who are often unable to attend services due to health reasons, to make donations without attending the actual service.

Donors can direct donations to specific funds as defined by the church (general fund, building fund, mission funds, even day care and tuition for private schools). The Magic-Wrighter Electronic Donation system provides the church standard reports showing all contributions, for tax reporting purposes.

Non-profit organizations have used Magic-Wrighter's Electronic Donation program to increase the amount of pledges during their annual pledge drives. These organizations reach agreements with the contributor to authorize small monthly donations to be automatically withdrawn from their personal accounts each month. At the end of the year the non-profit organization mails a letter to the contributor asking for continued support by simply continuing the small monthly donation. Studies show these non-profit organizations improve their donor retention by as much as 40%.
