How to Make a Payment

Immediate Internet Payment

You can make an electronic payment right now by using your computer. When you make your first Internet payment the system will ask you some basic questions in order to setup your e~Funds for Schools account. You will need to know your child's school identification number.

When setting up your e~Funds for Schools account you will be asked to select a password that you can remember. When you make a future payment you will enter your student ID number and your selected password and you will have instant access to your account. To make a payment at this time click here.

Immediate Payment By Phone

You can make an electronic payment right now by using your touch-tone telephone. This is an automated interactive voice response system that will ask you questions and you can simply reply by pressing the buttons on your phone. When you make your first payment by phone you will be asked some basic questions in order to setup your e~Funds for Schools account. You will need to know your child's school identification number before you call.

When setting up your e~Funds for Schools account you will be asked to select a password that you can remember. When you make a future payment you will enter your student ID number and your selected password. You will then have immediate access to your account. To make a payment by phone at this time dial (1 800 438-9926). The voice system will ask you for an access code, please enter (3008) then press the pound sign located on your phone.

Pre-authorized Payments i.e. lunch program

You may authorize the school to debit your account when funds run low in your child's school lunch account. With your authorization, you can have money transferred from your checking account or applied to your credit card when your child's lunch account runs low. You must sign up for this program by completing the pre-authorization payment form. To download this form (click here).

Authorization by Payment

When you have signed up for the e~Funds for Schools service you can authorize any payment to the school with just your signature.

For example: If you are completing a permission slip to send your child on a field trip you can simply sign the permission slip and indicate that you want the field trip cost be applied to your e~Funds for Schools account.
